Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect my time and other clients, the following policy is in place: • 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full service price will still apply. • Emergency Consideration: I understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at my discretion.
